At Wingspan, we provide neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive services for adults and teens, specializing in diagnostic evaluations for autism and ADHD for those who are high-masking, 2E (twice exceptional / gifted), seeking diagnosis later in life, and/or desiring reevaluation after a negative diagnostic experience. We provide services virtually throughout Virginia, as well as in-person at our neuro-inclusive office in Richmond, VA. Our services are neurodivergent-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, and our process focuses on your unique identity and needs, offering a collaborative and empowering approach to assessment.

Payment Specifics
We use an equitable sliding scale model with three tiers and offer split payment plans. Clients have autonomy to select the payment tier that aligns with their financial need, and no documentation is required. We also seek to provide assessment services at rates below market, with all rates are transparently listed on our website.
