I offer neurodivergent-affirming autism and ADHD assessments for adults who have spent years feeling “too much,” “too sensitive,” or like they’re constantly masking to get through the day. My work centers queer, trans, and otherwise marginalized clients, and I name systemic oppression, not people’s brains, as the problem. Assessments are collaborative, story-focused, and explicitly LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming, with clear reports clients can use for self-understanding, accommodations, and advocacy. I also facilitate a virtual Neurodivergent Burnout Skills & Support Group for autistic and ADHD adults navigating chronic exhaustion, masking, and nervous system overwhelm.
